When a guest cancels a booking we handle refunds based on the following cancellation rules:
More than 7 days before the experience
Guests get a full refund, and you won’t receive any payment.
7 days or less before the experience starts
You’ll receive 100% of the payment, unless the guest cancels within the 24-hour cancellation window after booking (see below).
24-hour cancellation window
Guests can cancel their booking within 24 hours of purchase and get a full refund—no matter how close the experience date is. The only exception is for same-day bookings.
Same-day bookings
If a booking is made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, the 24-hour cancellation window doesn’t apply. These bookings are non-refundable from the moment of purchase, and you’ll receive the full payment even if the guest cancels.
