As a host with Withlocals, you are a valued member of our community and are expected to follow these guidelines:

  • All Withlocals tours are private. This means that groups from different bookings should not be mixed, and only the guests who booked the experience are allowed to join;
  • Experiences should always be led by the host who made the booking. It's important that hosts do not send someone else to take their place;
  • Please avoid sharing any negative feelings about Withlocals or expressing complaints about the company or its members in front of guests or on public platforms. If you have feedback or concerns, we encourage you to reach out directly to the Withlocals team;
  • Be aware of your online presence and adjust your privacy settings as needed. Remember to keep the Withlocals image in mind when sharing your social media profiles;
  • The Withlocals platform should be used exclusively to showcase your profile and offer experiences to guests, so please refrain from using it for other business purposes;
  • Hosts should not ask for tips or discuss platform fees with guests;
