Guest no-shows

If a guest doesn’t show up, wait 30 minutes and report it through the platform. If the guest doesn't show up, it's considered to be a guest cancellation

Host no-shows

Not showing up for a scheduled booking is a serious matter and creates a very bad experience for your guest. 

We don’t take no-shows lightly. If you fail to show up without a valid reason and don’t respond within 4 hours after the guest or our team reaches out, your account will be suspended.
