We recommend reaching out to your guest to discuss options. You might suggest rescheduling the tour for another day or time, or canceling the tour entirely if necessary.

As the host, it’s your decision whether the tour can go ahead based on the weather forecast.
- If you believe the tour can take place but the guest disagrees: The regular cancellation policy applies. The guest will not receive a refund, and you will receive your host payment;
- If you and the guest both agree to cancel: Please cancel the booking in the system. The guest will then receive a full refund;
- If the tour is still on, you can help your guests have a great time by giving them some tips on how to prepare for the conditions. Advise them on what to wear and what to bring. A little preparation can make all the difference and allow the tour to happen even with a bit of bad weather.
