Account Suspension or Termination
The following actions may result in suspension or termination of your host account. In these cases, your confirmed bookings can also be cancelled.
- Frequent cancellations or poor performance (based on guest reviews and feedback);
- Arranging contact or payments with guests outside the Withlocals platform;
- Providing false or misleading information in your profile;
- Sending a substitute to lead your experience without the guest’s approval;
- Not showing up for a booking without a valid reason and proper communication
The following actions will lead to immediate termination of your host account. In these cases, your confirmed bookings will be transferred or cancelled.
- Showing up intoxicated (whether due to alcohol or drugs);
- Any emotional or intimate involvement with a guest, whether real or perceived. Withlocals will decide at its own discretion whether this has taken place;
